Delivery and Returns
If you have purchased an item from our website and you are not 100% satisfied when you receive it, please email Next to Nothing within 10 days and we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item or refund the item(s)*. Next to Nothing allows one exchange per order. (UK orders only)
You will be responsible for the return shipping but Next to Nothing will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging.
Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Next to Nothing within 15 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 15 day period. *for Christmas Presents we will extend our Returns policy to the 15th January – Please note all items must be returned to us by that date*
If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us (standard 2nd class shipping charge with proof of postage) and the cost of shipping you a replacement. Please allow up to 14 days for any refunds to be processed.
